| Standing out from the crowd - Concentrics Restaurants have done it once again. They are the masters when it comes to creating a unique dining experience. The restaurant, situated within the walls of the former Pipe and Foundry Company that dates back to the early 1890s has been renovated into a bi-level restaurant and food-market. Red Murano glass chandeliers hang from the ceiling above the eclectic group of diners who enjoy specialty martinis and New Orleans inspired dishes. Chef Timothy Magee wows his hungry patrons with dishes like Savory Crawfish and Chicken Sausage Cheesecake, Jumbo BBQ Shrimp (biggest we’ve ever seen) and Andouille Crusted Catfish.
Choose from a wide variety of wines to accompany your meal or opt for an appealing cocktail like the “Storms Brewin” - PARISH’s version of the popular Bermudian drink made with dark rum and ginger beer. The Abita Root Beer Float will take you back to those childhood summer days, when you first discovered the perfect mix of ice cream and root beer. After dinner, head on down to the market where the scent of fresh baked bread and coffee awaits you. PARISH To-Go offers sandwiches, soups and salads - perfect for a quick bite on your lunch hour. This is one experience you do not want to miss!
