| Upon entering the cozy Tuscan eatery be prepared to be greeted by charming Italian decor, imported wood tables, perfect mood lighting and the smell of authenticity. Perhaps the best way to describe Taverna Fiorentina is to highlight some of Chef Andrea’s specialties: Parpadelle al Cinghiale (homemade pasta in a Wild Boar ragu) and the Filetto al Barolo (Filet Mignon cooked to order in a Barolo Wine Reduction served with spinach) are excellent choices. It is easy to become a regular at Taverna Fiorentina! Just ask Bar Manager Conrad, whose clientele consists largely of Italians (good sign!). The wine selection alone will appease even the most discerning ‘wino’.
