| Known for their delicious array of global comfort foods, The Corner Office is the perfect place to meet for cocktails, hang with friends and indulge in a scrumptious menu of international dishes. Just a taste of the appetizers and we were hooked. By far the best choice are the fried shishito peppers (a must try) – we’ve never tasted anything like it. From salads to entrees and then on to desert, each course offers a choice of foods from around the world. Local chef, Jeff Bolton has taken a selection of popular international dishes, added his own flair and created an assortment of familiar comfort foods with a whole new twist.
Just as impressive is the Martini Bar’s cocktail menu. Offering signature martinis, unique and creative cocktails, an extensive international wine and beer list, including some excellent micro-brews, The Corner Office Martini Bar is the in place to be. Coupled with some impressive wine pairing, exotic flavored sake known as Sake2Me, and the barmen’s mixology skills, it certainly worth a visit. Located in the Curtis Hotel in downtown Denver, this funky, retro-style eatery is definitely one of our favorite.
