| (West Hollywood) The new BLVD 16 at the Hotel Palomar brings fresh, seasonal new American cuisine with a commitment to organic and regional ingredients produced with sustainable practices. The restaurant sits on Wilshire Blvd which is apparently 16 miles long (ok…15.8 to be exact!) and hence the name. Favorites include the white corn ravioli, the pan seared halibut, and the grilled bistro filet. Chef Simon Dolinky even has a soil-free herb garden on the rooftop! “Happy Hour” takes place in the bar every day from 4pm-7pm. Small plates are paired with wine, most pairings are under $10.
