St.), Stella Maris offers a seasonal menu and raw bar which features a selection of shrimp, lobster, clams, oysters and stone crab claws. Dublin-born, London-trained chef Darrin Pettigrew uses all-natural, organic ingredients to create an impressive menu that includes Chicken & Seafood Paella, Striped Bass Barigoule (with artichokes and saffron) and Dublin-style Cockles and Mussels. Just make sure you save room for the decadent dessert choices like strawberry & rhubarb bake and old favorites like cheesecake.
