| (Mission) - You want top notch Caribbean-style tapas (small plates) and the best sangria this side of Madrid? This place is all that and more - since it’s always a party at this festive restaurant. Make sure you have plenty of liquid patience as the service can be slow and inconsistent at times, but it is a trade off that will pay dividends. The Caribbean- and Latin-influenced food is always first-rate and a fabulous bargain. Just make sure your eyes aren’t bigger than your stomach - its easy to over-order (Cha-Cha-Cha’s slogan, “small plates–big food,” is actually true). The restaurant is located at 2327 Mission St. (at 19th St.)
