Resurgent Interest in The South
With a combination of prohibitive cost of living, environmental issues and a plethora of social ills folks from the West Coast and the Northeast, and beyond, seem to be flooding to the affordable and appealing small towns and midsize cosmopolitan cities of the South, particularly Georgia and the Carolinas.
